Lauren Finn, a superstar GOT coach at Wheatland Middle School has created a Couch to 5K program.  She created it specifically for running buddies, SoleMates, and GOTR friends participating in our 5K events, She’s passionate about healthy living and loves to see people on their feet. Click here to learn more about her program.
